Algorithmic Audits for Deep Learning models

With the complexity of Deep Learning models growing, there is concern on transparency and explainability aspects of the model. For example, many facial recognition algorithms which are implemented using Deep Learning models are undergoing renewed scrutiny. Credit models for decision making are undergoing similar scrutiny in the financial services world and there is increased impetus and call for regulation of AI in both Europe and in the US. In this session, we will discuss how to audit a Deep learning algorithm and some of the state-of-the-art techniques that are out there for auditing Deep Learning models. A demonstration and case study will be presented by Sri using the QUSandbox
